Nouns and Verbs Worksheet | Grade 1 Parts of Speech Practice

This nouns and verbs worksheet grade 1 introduces parts of speech in a simple, hands-on way. Kids look at a picture and a word, then decide if it is a noun (a person, place, or thing) or a verb (an action). Students sort the word cards into the correct box by cut and paste (or by drawing lines) and then read each sorted word aloud.
