One sunny morning in Treasure Oak Woods, Riri the Rabbit bounced with excitement. ‘Look what I found!’ she shouted, her ears twitching toward a bush with one perfect, glowing berry.

Her friends Tara the Turtle and Fifi the Fox hurried over, their eyes wide with wonder.

I should get it first!’ Riri declared, wiggling her nose. ‘I found it, and I need extra energy to zip through the woods delivering messages.’

Tara shook her head slowly. ‘But I’ve watched it grow every day,’ she said softly. ‘I understand its magic best because I’m patient.’

Fifi pulled out a notebook. ‘Let’s make a schedule—Riri on Monday, Tara on Tuesday…’ But her plan felt cold, like counting acorns instead of sharing treats.

For three whole days, they argued while new berries appeared and withered away unused. The woods grew quiet, and their friendship felt stiff and sad.

Then Tara noticed something magical. ‘Wait,’ she whispered. ‘Look closely—the berry glows brighter when we share tiny pieces!’

They decided to each take a small piece every day. To their surprise, the berry’s magic grew stronger, making the whole woods twinkle with soft light.

Now they sit in a happy circle every morning, holding their glowing pieces while Treasure Oak Woods sparkles around them. They discovered that sharing fairly makes everything more wonderful.
